Eating Healthy on a Budget
today i did 2 hours of pole, i feel so much better for doing it but now i am once again recovered in bruises and burns. today i did my first teddy bear hold and flag, as well as some new spins and inversions and always love working on my supermans

so it has been a long time. I finally compleated grad school. won a project porposal. and had a promising interview. now that i only have work todo i can truly concentrate on getting fit! also i finally get to start pole dancing again! and im going to do a 30 day shred b&f at day 5.
